I decided to do my rhetorical analysis on the J.K. Rowling website. I first believe that this website is for almost anyone who likes to read books, and maybe even for those who don't. You are able to see this on the very first page when you go to www.jkrowling.com. The very first page is a welcome page that has options for you to view the page in many different languages, some of them being english, spanish, chinese and french. This shows that this is a site that is for anyone no matter the background.
The second page when you first enter also shows that the site is for people of all ages, but here it starts to take on a younger look appealing towards the younger generations. It does this by animating images when you roll over them, this catches the younger peoples attention, but everything is very nicely organized and it won't turn away the older generations. At first appearance this site is for anyone who enjoys reading books, but especially those who like Harry Potter books.
